Oncology Room, Proserpine Hospital. Artist Statement:  

These cosmos flowers are reaching skyward as if climbing, growing, searching and exploring.  Effort is required and the journey can be slow but the rewards are a beautiful blue sky and a field of colourful flowers.  Life from birth to death is a journey taken on like the flowers in the field. Looking up, moving higher, growing, gaining height and reaching potential. I hope that this image will help those who sit and gaze to be inspired.
